Jefferson Parish is celebrating the completion of the River Ridge Meditation Park.  The ceremony will take place on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at 10:00am at 10000 block of Jefferson Highway.
 
The work performed includes landscaping, an irrigation system throughout the park, a walking trail and a labyrinth.   
 
Councilman Paul Johnston stated “As the District 2 Councilman, it brings me great joy to celebrate the completion of the River Ridge Meditation Park.  As we continue to work on beautifying our Parish, I look forward to seeing how this Mediation Park will provide a safe and beautiful space for families and residents of Jefferson Parish to enjoy for many years to come.”
 
JJH Construction Company performed the work at a cost of $128,443.  This project was funded by Council District 2.
