You can now search, browse, view, save and email newspaper images from The Times Picayune Historical Archive.  The archives include the New Orleans Times 1865 to 1878, the New Orleans Weekly Times 1865 to 1867 and the Times Picayune 1837 to 1988. 

The Library now offers the community access to new and emerging technologies such as 3D printers to help people of all ages build the skills and competencies they need for a high-tech world. 3D printing is empowering people to engage in creative learning and launch business ventures.

Learn one of 80 languages or practice English as a Second language.  You can “Ask a Librarian”, use the Adult Learning Resource and access Tumblebook, animated online children’s books or search the collection of the American Italian Research Library.
