Historical Hook and Ladder Cemetery Tour

Tickets are now available at the White House. The Tour will be Saturday October 25th. The cost is $30 and still includes the delicious buffet at the Red Maple.

You will be guided through the cemetery to meet 8 of our ancestors and hear the story of Gretna and their lives.

Shows every 15 minutes starting at 5PM; last show starts at 8PM.

That evening you will meet at the Red Maple 1036 Lafayette Street, Gretna, 30 minutes before your tour. Enjoy a light buffet and complimentary tea or soft drinks. Adult beverages available for purchase.

On the tour you will be led by a guide who will take you through our historic cemetery to 8 grave sites. At each site the history will be told of someone buried there and the time that they lived. Each story is 4-5 minutes long. The whole tour will last just over an hour. Flashlights are provided. The walk is over uneven surfaces so we ask all to be very careful.
