WeHelp NOLA is a New Orleans–based nonprofit that provides no-cost, accessible mental healthcare to hospitality workers across the Greater New Orleans region. Founded in 2019 by longtime industry professional Olivia McCoy, the organization connects restaurant, bar, and service staff with free therapy through a network of local, licensed clinicians and additional mental health resources. Through partnerships with more than 75 hospitality venues and a growing community of clinicians, WeHelp has delivered over 7,800 free therapy sessions to workers in need. The organization also provides crisis counseling and wellness support during local emergencies, ensuring the people who power the region’s hospitality industry have access to care when they need it most.
