John Alario Jr. Sports Complex

This state and regional sports facility features eight multi-purpose, artificial turf fields designed to host baseball, girls’ softball, soccer, football, lacrosse, and large-scale tournaments. The complex includes modern locker, restroom, and concession facilities, and batting cages along with amenities designed for players, officials, and families.

It was built to support youth and recreational travel teams and is expected to be a significant economic driver for Jefferson Parish. The project also included major public drainage and infrastructure improvements.

Starting in February, the complex will begin hosting tournaments that bring visitors, support local businesses, and strengthen the Westbank economy.
