Hotel Partnership Agreement
The Hotel Partnership Agreement is to be completed and submitted to the JCVB office of member and partner sales and service.
As a Jefferson Parish hotel in compliance with the Tourism Assessment, your property is eligible for a partnership with the Jefferson Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. and will receive the following benefits:
- Receive member referrals, group sales leads, service requests & access to Jefferson Parish convention calendar
- Inclusion in the JCVB website booking engine through aRes Travel
- Property listing on JCVB website with hyperlink to your hotel’s website
- Opportunity to list special offers & packages on JCVB website
- JCVB welcome bags created for hotel groups
- Eligibility to participate in JCVB promotions, contests, and door prizes by providing give-a-ways
- Events featured on the JCVB website and inclusion in the JCVB weekly calendar of events flyer distributed to all JCVB Members (submission subject to approval)
- Exposure on the JCVB social media channels & blogging opportunities
- Participation in JCVB Member to Member quarterly e-newsletter
- Attend complimentary JCVB membership breakfast meetings: opportunity to host a meeting and/or to become a spotlight member
- Attend complimentary networking events: Business Card Exchanges with Jefferson Chamber of Commerce & Westbank Business Industry Association
- Trade show representation at leisure consumer shows and group trade shows
- Display of marketing collateral at the JCVB office & distribution to groups upon request
- Business listing in Jefferson Parish Visitor Guide (additional advertising opportunities available)
