JUMP Program Submission Form
Jefferson Convention & Visitors Bureau is pleased to introduce JUMP, a fusion meeting experience! An acronym for Jefferson Uniting Meeting Participants. It is a virtual meeting offer where our meeting clients can experience a taste of Jefferson Parish through the use of images, videos, games, and downloadable collateral*. Thus keeping us top of mind whether it is for future in-person meetings or for attendee leisure travel, and providing the opportunity to promote our participating partners through their level of participation. This program is free with your JCVB membership.
Participation is easy! Just send us any/all of the below items and we will build these in our gallery that we will offer to meet planners to show off Jefferson Parish.
1. Videos Format MP4 - no longer than 60 secs (cooking demo, virtual tour of venue or attraction, etc)
2. Zoom background images (1920px by 1080px -16:9 aspect ratio - must be smaller than 10MB)
3. Giveaway up to $50 which JCVB will purchase (i.e. If you are a restaurant and would like to participate in the giveaway portion of the program, you provide a description of the giveaway, perhaps a $50.00 certificate, restrictions if applicable, and the value.)
4. Online Coupon Code (We will provide to the attendees so they may shop your online store, retail items, book a room etc...)
If you would like to submit a video (format MP4 - no longer than 60 seconds), please upload it to Dropbox or a similar file hosting service and share it with email@example.com You can upload Zoom background images (1920px by 1080px -16:9 aspect ratio - must be smaller than 10MB) in the below form.
*By submitting your image or video, you grant the Jefferson Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. (JCVB) nonexclusive right to use the material in print and digital editions of Visit Jefferson Parish marketing to include but not limited to the JUMP program for promotional purposes only.
