"Big Wil & The Warden, LLC "is a family-owned and operated local food concession & catering
company based out of the Mandeville area in Louisiana. Wil & Evelyn Vielman formed the
company in April 2010. They are the former owners of Cafe 59, a small International
restaurant on Hwy 59 in Mandeville, LA.
They have participated in numerous festivals in Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas - just to
name a few:
Shrimp & Petroleum Festival, Patterson Cypress Sawmill Festival, Giant Omelet Celebration, Louisiana Fur & Wildlife Festival, Independence Sicilian Heritage Festival, Ponchatoula Strawberry Festival.
