Comedians September 20 & 21:
Headlining is "Mr. Showtime" David Scott! He is more then just a stand-up comedian. He is an entertainer and showman with a show that has been called “Sharp-witted”, “Clever”, “Classy” and “Pure Energy.
Not only is there great stand-up comedy but there is so much more. There’s a straight jacket. There’s the “World’s Most Dangerous Bit in Comedy”. Even a little mind reading. Not to mention one of the best finales in the business that takes the audience on an incredibly funny journey through 4 decades of music.
He has been featured on HBO and Comedy Central, is the host of his own nationally syndicated radio show and also happens to be the Guinness World Record Holder for Longest Stand-Up Comedy show by an Individual at 40 hours and 8 minutes.
Opening is Paul Jensen. Originally from St Louis, Paul Jensen is the son of immigrants and the only American citizen in his entire family. He always felt like the odd kid out in the school and because of this developed a quick wit and dry sense of humor. As an adult he decided on a whim to try stand-up comedy by entering a comedy contest. It was his first time performing and he was competing against several other comics who had a few years of experience. However Paul became the very first person to ever win the contest on their first attempt. That led to him performing at comedy clubs shortly thereafter.
Since then he has not only performed internationally at numerous comedy clubs but he also performs at numerous resorts and retirement communities. In fact you can find him performing for two weeks every year at the prestigious Atlantis resort in the Bahamas where he is one of the top performers. He has also worked with several big names in the entertainment industry.
Comedians November 15 & 16:
Headlining is Al Ernst. Carnival Cruise Lines “Entertainer of the Year,” which is saying something when Carnival fills more than 5,000 entertainment gigs a year, Al Ernst has appeared on CNN, TNN, ESPN, A&E, Comedy Central, and HBO. Al is a favorite guest on over 150 radio shows including the nationally syndicated “Bob and Sheri Morning Show”. He has been a Professional Wrestling announcer and hosted his own show on ESPN, “A View from the Cheap Seats.” Truly one of the funniest comedians ever!
Oprening is Jamie Ward. His comedy comes straight out of his crazy mixed-up life. He is the Korean adopted son of a father from New York and a mother from Tennessee. He's tried acting, modeling, and even bull-riding. He was training to become a professional ballroom dancer when he finally found stand-up comedy!
