Southern Food & Beverage Museum presents Southern Favorites with Chef Byron Bradley


Come learn to cook delicacies and favorites from all over the South with Chef Byron Bradley. Chef Byron will feature cuisine from Mississippi- including shrimp & cornbread dressing, pickle fried chicken and Mississippi mud pie.

During this hands-on demonstration, Chef Byron will teach you not only about the cuisine, but also the history and the culture of the South. You will get to taste the fruits of your labor at the end!

This class is $90 for adults, $80 for SoFAB Members and $70 for children. Museum admission is included in this price.
